LINDSAY HAHL - MIX PERSONAL TRAINING My training philosophy is keeping workouts interesting by providing clients with a new workout each and every time they meet with me, which helps speed up weight loss and muscle toning. I am also water certified which has become a fun way to change things up by doing cardio workouts in the pool. Cardio workouts are also available up at Red Rocks Amphitheater; individual as well as group sessions are available.PHYSICAL THERAPISTS Karen Talkington PT, DPT, ATC - Foothills Physical Therapy Karen has a doctorate in physical therapy (DPT) as well as her athletic training certification (ATC). Her passion is educating people about how their bodies work and empowering them to know how to enjoy life after an injury/surgery. Contact Karen if you have any injuries that need evaluation. MASSAGE THERAPISTS Millie received her accredited certification from the Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado (MTIC). She has a solid network of health professionals offering acupuncture, fitness training, nutritional supplements, and chiropractic. She has also quickly become a favored asset to Sun Fitness, where she enjoys working with clients at varying levels of athletic performance. Additionally, she is the Community Massage Therapist at The Retreat at Solterra, located in Lakewood, Colorado. |
