| Our VisionAs believers, we are called to serve one another (Gal 5:13) and those in need (Matt 25:40). RRC Sports Ministry is accomplishing this by offering the finest recreational sports leagues in Colorado and encouraging our athletes to proactively participate in the programs we provide to local charities and its members.
No other platform facilitates breaking cultural, ethnic and gender barriers like sports. Very few platforms can as effectively encourage the development of relationships or as quickly build one’s confidence, skill and determination. It is our desire to leverage this platform to nurture strong relationships within Red Rocks Church, and in turn, encourage those groups to serve the greater needs of those in our community.
We have a passion for reaching out to who Jesus called “the least of these” -- orphans, physically and intellectually disabled, at-risk youth, low-income and homeless families, and others. We have partnered with several local organizations serving the needs of these individuals and are working hand-in-hand to develop customized sports programs integrated with their current structure. Our charitable sports programs are designed to simply express our sincere love for each participant and relay the confidence that he or she is treasured child of God. |
